Beyond the multiplayerīeyond the uniqueness of the multiplayer, and the odd feeling of shyness I got from playing online, I can’t shake the feeling that at its core, Bridge Crew is quite a dull game. Imagine playing a live-action escape the room game with a group of total strangers and you’ll have imagined something close to the feeling of playing Bridge Crew online with strangers. With only four players, no overlapping roles, and an always-on voice chat, Star Trek: Bridge Crew leaves you no place to hide from your ineptness. It’s normal to learn a game as you play, but it’s rare for me to feel this embarrassed when I feel like I’m letting my team down. ![]()
